I just had to comment on how DVC runs. Yea - It's all about bussiness but they do it up right. Even down to putting Mickey ears where I need to sign my papers...too much. Recieved a nice members duffle and a lithograph of the Beach Club VIllas.
The whole experience of buying through DVC has been awesome...and I'm saying this as I'm sending them a check that would buy me a nice car!
Sometimes it's the attention to detail that win us over. A previous poster noted "real" washcloths in the public bathrooms - having a Greeter who makes you smile - hidden Mickeys in the carpet ... yea, this is a good company. Sure there will be times where the maid flushes garbage down the toilet or a CM forgets to do something - but I find my stays at Disney a whole lot more enjoyable then most other places. I'm looking foreword to a generation or so of great trips. My 6 year old Son said to me "Dad - when will our last trip to Disney World be?" (He was struggling with the timeshare concept). I responded..."When you are 42" I'm 38 so having my Son turn 42 sounds like a long way off. I'm glad to know I'll have a lifetime of trips with with my family. That is worth more then a Toyata Camry to me! -Steve
