I received a refund from Disney earlier this week for charges that had been mistakenly applied to our account during our trip in October. DH and I used our room charge quite a bit during our trip, and paid the balance when we left the park. I thought we had done a careful review of our bill before we had checked out. Apparently, we didn't do such a good job.
I received a check from Disney in the amount of almost $55.00 for charges that had been mistakenly applied to our account.
I am grateful for Disney's careful review of our bill and appreciate their honesty, but I would caution everyone who uses the charging to check their bills carefully. We were lucky, some others may not benefit as we did.
