Just received - Refund from 10/03

I received a refund from Disney earlier this week for charges that had been mistakenly applied to our account during our trip in October. DH and I used our room charge quite a bit during our trip, and paid the balance when we left the park. I thought we had done a careful review of our bill before we had checked out. Apparently, we didn't do such a good job.
I received a check from Disney in the amount of almost $55.00 for charges that had been mistakenly applied to our account.
I am grateful for Disney's careful review of our bill and appreciate their honesty, but I would caution everyone who uses the charging to check their bills carefully. We were lucky, some others may not benefit as we did.

Btw, has this ever happened to anyone before?

We just received a check yesterday also for our stay last November. Although, it was only for $4.75.

I received a check on Monday from our trip in late January. I too thought I had checked the bill carefully. Our refund was only $7.00 but I truly think their attention to detail is fantastic.

We checked our bill before we left and had to have them "fix" certain things. We had applied meals to our wishes plan and they charged us money for them anyway, so we had to have that corrected- their was some confusion over what we had left for wishes at the end of our stay- according to our calculations we were in the positive my 2, according to theirs we were in the negative. I think my husband was satisfied with the outcome of the call, I didn't here him complain when he got off the phone.
