Just received my snail mail member homecoming invitation

Anyone one else received theirs?

Im not to impressed with the invitation, i like the hear ye!
hear ye! theme, it is ok, but i felt that it was missing something.

i do enjoy getting snail mail from dvc, always looking forward to it

Yes, got ours yesterday too. I thought the announcement sheet and cute cigar band type holder around it was cute. I will be keeping it. I was surprised that DH opened it and immediately wanted to go! I wasn't expecting THAT because we are already going in Jan., October, and December next year!

yes, i agree i will keep it and put it in a scrap book, and i did like the cigar rap, i was just expecting something more formal to just push you over the edge to go, i was ready to go when i read the email one, maybe your dh can talk my dh into it, we are only going easter and christmas next year, i slipped in yesterday, maybe ill just take the girls, but no comment from dh, rats

Got mine today, too. I thought it was nice but it also looks like it's been in production for awhile. I wonder how long they've known the date?

I guess we shouldn't feel too bad -- at lesat we get 5 days notice, the international folks will be lucky if they know about it by June.

it was nice but....since we plan vacations 11 month window, not for us.. .. also, we have school age kids, who are still in school, .. doesn't work either way for us...

The date is bad for us too. We'll be in WDW the FOLLOWING week, after school finishes up. The invite was impressive but the events are expensive. I am not sure I'd bankroll our family of 4 going even if we WERE at WDW at that time... June will be our 4th trip in 12 months... I'm out of money!
