Just received my Real Estate Final mark...

I got a 90!!!!!

WooHOOOOOO!!

I swear this was SOME course! 80 people started on the first day and the last day there were only 40! We had two tests a day and every test was calculated into the final mark so you knew WAY before the last day if you were going to make it.

Thanks to all that put in a word for me!! One more class to go!!

I know the feeling.. I just took a test in my college courses yesterday.. and I am hoping that my B average becomes an A.

Cindy, we have to take 3 courses then take the State test to get licensed. Everyone tells me that you don't use 90% of what you learn in these classes but I honestly think they give them to weed out prospective wannabes...

I've taken the Finance and this was Terms and Concepts, now I have to take Contracts. I honestly made myself physically ill during these courses... IBS.... so I have to take time off after each course. Hopefully I'll have my license by April and can get to work!!
