Just received confirmation- nervous!

I finally received my confirmation in the mail today for the reservation I booked on Feb. 2, 2008 with developers points. The reservation is for August 10-16th, a savannah studio, (105 points), however, nowhere does it say savannah view, it just says says studio. Should I be concerned?
I reserved a studio with savannah view, (thus the 105 points). Anyone have any insight? I guess I'll be calling member services!!!

Have you checked online? I know developer point reservations are done outside the system, but do they show up online after they've been made?

No, they don't show up online at all, unfortunately.

I would call member services and verify....I have 2 reservations for August at AKV and I just checked my confirmation letters and they both specify the room type....i.e., one says "Animal Kingdom Villas, dedicated studio savannah view, Jambo" the other says "Animal Kingdom villas, Studio, concierge" ....so I might be a little concerned that yours does not specify room type/view.

If you call and they confirm that it is booked as a savannah view, you might ask them to send another confirmation that specifies that.

I agree, when holding reservations last month for the AKV it said exactly what type of studio I reserved.

Our reservation at the AKV also states what type of studio it is. We are going at the end of August and are on the wait list for concierge. Our fingers are crossed.

Our developer point confirmation for a 1 bedroom at AKV does NOT indicate the room category. It took me so long to get it that I didn't even bother to call DVC to double check.

Just call MS and get clarification to make yourself feel better. Our confirmation did say SV studion on it.

That said, there's nothing to worry about.

For your dates, there isn't anything but a savanna view studio that would cost 105 points. You'll be fine.

Just spoke to MS. They assured me that it is in fact Savannah view. They are sending me a new confirmation letter that states such. MS was unsure why it wasn't on the confirmation letter. But I feel much better now.
