Just realized I'd probably lose my discount...?

I have a RO discount at POP, currently. If I added the QSDP as a ticketless package, I'd lose that discount, wouldn't I?

Yes. When you add Dining you book a package

Room Only discounts can be used even when you decide to make it a package but since you only have a room only reservation you'd be cancelling that and booking a new reservation which yes would likely cause you to lose the discount although there might be a different room only discount that you could take advantage of.

The only thing you can do is call and ask. Often they have same room discount with package. But that discount would have to be available currently.

Well, I called and the CM got a "specialist" on the line and they were able to allow me to keep the discount I have and add the QSDP!

Yep, that specialist was likely guest services. They can often help with things like this that the regular CRO cast members can’t do. Happy it worked out for you!

THise folks are pretty awesome. I had booked a BB at the BC, and then needed to move our dates. Yep, out of teh BB time frame, but that was my problem. A UOC had arrived at my home so I know there was a pin code for me. I called from work, but did not have the offer with me, but I was positive I had one. No, my DH will never find the card, and even if he did he could not figure out where the code was. Poor CM could not find it, and placed me on hold. Okay, we can help, and she booked my resort with the code. YAY! I have no idea what they helped me because when I got home I saw my code.....in my DGD name! They helped but honestly did nto need to do so. AM I glad I had stayed on the line for the survey!
