Just purchased DVC, but ?

I was trying to get the F&F deal, but when I called my guide was on the phone. They asked me if I was informed of the F&F deal, & I said yes. She said they would mail me something & then call me. Well I called today, & when I was joining she said it was to late for the F&F deal. Do you think this is true? I did not want to cause a problem, but I sure would have liked to get that deal.

Read the post "Need Referral" They said they took the tour before the F&F ended, but aren't signing until after it is over. THeir guide was able to get it for them it sounds like. I would keep pushing if you took the tour before the promo ended, or if you were in contact with them before it ended. Let me know if you need a referral. I would be happy to help.

If they asked you about it, then they should offer it when you told them you were aware of it. If you talk to your guide, you should be able to straighten it out, hopefully.

I say go ahead the worst is that they don't give you the deal. You already have that. If you are persistent you may get it

They told us we had to sign by Feb 1st to get the deal. We toured on Jan 30th...so we thought a day and signed.
