Just received news that we passed Rofr! We have been anxiously awaiting word on this because our offer went to Disney 29 days ago, and with the recent trend in Disney to take some contracts back we thought for sure that they had decided to take this one back, too. Our contract was for $72 per point, BWV 150 points, use year Oct., all 2004 points intact and 5 banked points.
We paid closing costs and MF for 2004 points. Seller paid transfer fee. After putting our offer in initially we thought we had over paid, but it looks like it may not have passed if we had offered less!
Does anyone know how long will it take for us to be able to access our points? We have a trip booked for Dec 10th thru the 14th, would love to be able to use points for this, but I know it is probably already booked for this time frame.
