Just Passed ROFR!

Doing a Happy Dance all day today. I woke up to an email from Timeshare Store saying our 150 contract at VWL passed ROFR today. We're hoping to be closed by August 12th (which gives me just under a month to get my member number so I can book into VWL for our wedding next summer at 11 months!)

we are on day 3 of ROFR. We hope to be owners at the BW with 150 points! We also live in Canada!

Yay!!!! Congrats!!! I think the wait for closing and member number is worse than ROFR! I am waiting on my packet from Disney now! Best of luck!

Welcome home neighbor! I usually don't have issues booking WL during the summer months for a studio even if I do forget to call @ 11 months.

Welcome home neighbor! I usually don't have issues booking WL during the summer months for a studio even if I do forget to call @ 11 months.

Thanks for that feedback as we'll probably do that frequently... For this trip though we're putting my new in laws up for the week of the wedding along with future hubby's 3 brothers so we need a two bedroom. I also have to bank 2014 points we got and will have to borrow all my 2016 points too - but that was one of the reasons we bought the contract we did so that we could have enough points to do this for them.

We went to ROFR on June 19th and got the results on July 17th so 28 days.
