Just Passed ROFR: 100 pt OKW, March UY

We just heard that Disney waived their ROFR on the resale 100 pt OKW, March UY we are purchasing:

$75/pt
68 points left in 2005
All points 2006 and on

We now have 105 pts at BCV and 100 at OKW.

I guess we are starting a collection of all the resorts.

Now, we're going to wait for whatever the new resort will be after SSR.

Congratulations! OKW is a great resort. You might be onto something... 100 points per resort = multi-day visits each year with 11 month booking window. That sounds wonderful!

That's exactly our thinking. We have enough points now for one week in a 1 BR in the summer every three years at OKW and one week in a 1 BR for Christmas at BCV every three years. With a few odd points left over.

That gives us 2 one week vacations in 1 BR in three years.

Now if we could just figure out which resort to cover us for that third year.....
