Just participated im MS Survey...

..."you have been randomly selected to participate in a Member Services telephone survey. Remain on the line after your call is complete..." about a dozen questions re: "satisfaction" with this call, how long you remained on hold, MS knowledge about your question/reservation, and...ready for it?!!LOL...would you prefer to make your reservations by phone,fax,email, online...did the survey, waiting for my disney dollars for participating - not!

Also, in the options available, press# for information regarding booking Disney Cruise or Holland America...did we miss something? We had no idea that we could book HA cruises...

Just thought you would like to know!!

mbb, I think the HA option is for the Alaska cruises....that would be a long way from me and really really long way for you

to choose from but I'm not interested in Alaska. I don't do cold weather very well!

No flames pls, I know Alaska is a very beautiful state, but even when I see ice cubes I start shivering!LOL I'm one of those that sleeps with a down comforter during the summer months!

It's white sandy beaches and palm trees for me!
