Just out of curiousity - pt. 1 bills

Who: I take care of all of the finances

When: I pay them before they are due, whenever that is

How: Mainly thru transactions at the ATM or some are mailed cheques and one comes directly from our account

Where: Usually at the kitchen table, I keep everything together in a ledger type book that I use for a cheque book record

Why: Because that is the way life works you wanna play......you gotta pay

Now back to the original OP questions:
Who....me I'm the only one that makes any money!(and it ain't much!)
When...when I have the money!
Where...Some on line, some by check...some I pay at the market when I'm there (phone, electric etc)
Why....Cause I'm trying to set a good example here and I really don't have any choice unless I'd like to live like the Amish...in the dark, with no car, no....??!

ME! We're a one-income family, but DH doesn't even know what he makes anymore! It's been 7 years since he paid a bill! My official title is CINCHouse....pseudo-military speak for Commander in Chief of the House! He makes it, I spend it....

We get paid on the 15th and 30th so bills get paid on the 16th and the 1st.....

Some of all....some direct draft (car payments...lower rate if use direct draft), some checks, and just signed up for online bill paying since our bank finally made it free....

Where? Do you have a set place, a desk, do you have a folder with everything and pay them where you want? An office, your bedroom?

Our rec room has the computer and my bill desk in it....balance the checkbook online (look up DH's ATM's since he doesn't give me the receipts , double-check that I wrote down all the debits, make sure the direct draft stuff came out on schedule, AND make sure the deposits hit before I write it all back out )

Why?, well, I had to add that in.

Why me? Because I'm better at it than he is! Funny....I make no money...nada....nil....nothing.... But I'm a better money manager. We'd have never paid off debts, gotten good car loan rates, or been able to buy a house if I wasn't doing the books....

All at once, usually the last day of the month. Address them, stamp them, and then send them out as needed.

At the kitchen table, listening to music. I have an accordian file folder that I keep all the back up in. I also have a little file folder that I put the completed bills in for mailing out...has slots for the week so I'm on time with them.
