Just ordered vouchers from Connections

I just placed my order for 6 Q & C vouchers and 6 Breakfast vouchers. I'm hoping I have no problems with this. Keeping fingers crossed!!
 
I joined and ordered two times from them. Came in 3 days via UPS......no problems at all! Now we are ready to go.
P.S. Have a great trip!!!!!!!
 
I just joined connections and have not received my intro-package. I did checkout their website but didn't proceed to finish. Do you know if I have to purchase my vouchers from a regular credit card or may you use a visa check card(a.k.a debit card)? I would like to use cash instead of credit if possible. Thanks for any help!!
 
I used my check card to order my vouchers yesterday. I just joined and haven't recieved anything from them yet either. My vouchers should be here this coming week.
 

It took a week and a half to get my intro pkg. Which only consists of a small pamphlet, a few offers and your card.
 
I remembering reading another post saying there was more info on the website than in the package. I'm curious to know how long it takes after you place your order?? I don't want to cut it too close to the big "departure day"! I'm very excited and timing seems like its a priority. Thanks Again!!

I have a Connections membership and have had no problems. However, I would NOT use a debit card if you have a choice. There have been several instances of connections charging your account twice which is an issue if they hit your checking account. As far as I know they have always corrected everything, but I would not want my cash tied up while they correct it.
 
We had Connections membership this past April.. and closed it last month.. The first three order went just fine.. we spend about $3,000 dollars, as their were four families going with us..

We cancel our membership only because I order 7 vouchers this last time for our Oct trip. we recieved them just fine, but then the very next day, we recieved another 14 tickets..which was three times what we order. so for ordering 7 we got another 14 more..
The only thing diffent was we used on line to order this time.

Well to make the story short , I called them and let them know, what was wrong with my order, they wanted me to pay them for the Vouchers or pay to ship them back to them.. I told them, I wanted them to pay for the shipping, as I only order 7 vouchers, which I recieved.
After fighting for a few days with connections, I deciede that any company that wouldnt pay for me, to ship them back an order that I didnt order, after spending over $3,000, I didnt want to be in their membership.
I ended up paying for the 14 vouchers that I didnt order, as I didnt trust Connections in taking charges off my card, if I mailed them back.. But they ended up lossing my business.

The Vouchers are good at some of the places at disney. I thing disney would do better to sell them to us.. I even wrote to disney about how nice it would be, to be able to buy them if you had the Disney Club card.

Some how I think disney knows how to treat people or at least I hope they do..
I do think that Connections has some thing wrong with their website. I would call if I were you, and you wanted to order from Connectiions.
 
I just recieved my Q & C vouchers and Breakfast vouchers today. I was only charged for what I ordered and I did use my debit card. I thought it was pretty quick shipping considering Mon. was a holiday and I ordered them on Fri. evening from the web site.
Now I can't wait to use them!!!

My experience has been good. It did take almost 2 weeks to get the 'membership package' - nothing more than a brochure and a letter with a laminated ID card.

I have ordered twice from them, have rec'd the vouchers within 3 days... and the last set I ordered online Monday evening (Labor Day holiday) and got them yesterday.

Veraletta - you spent $3,000 on an order? Just wondering what kind of vouchers you ordered and how many of each... when I ordered my first set of 5 Q&C over the phone I was told I could only order 10 of each type of voucher.... anyone out there who was been able to order more than that???? We have a big group going and I would love to get more than 10.

If she bought hoppers and gift certs, the price could go up fast. Plus, you can only buy 10 of each kind, each order..but you can continue to re-order.
 
In three order it was over $3,000 total, I remember ordering one time, as many as 100 voucher and 12 passes.. we were told you could order as many as you want over the phone, but if you tried to do it on line you could only order 10 of each.

So we always had to order by phone as our orders were big, this last time I did it on line as I only need 7 voucher.
Thats when we got the order that had the 7 voucher and the next day 14 voucher, that we didnt order. So I would think it had to do with ordering it on line. As my order didnt go thru and I had to call them.. as the website said to call them which I did. made my order of 7 voucher, and then the order on line did go thru but it did a double order. Thats how we got two more orders of voucher.
They know their is some thing wrong with their website, as I told them.
 
Well, I hate to say this but to keep the vouchers seems penny wise and pound foolish! Connections does want you to send them back certified so that both you and they have proof you got them. The receipt confirmation could also be used in the dispute with your credit card company.
