Holy Cow!!!!! I've ordered from them many times and never do I recall it saying that it would be 3 weeks for delivery. It used to be 2 weeks. I leave on Sat. June 30th....I realize that I'm cutting it close anyway but I had to wait for the last few miles to credit my account. I've got about 2.5 weeks.

So now the stressful part.....I got the confirmation email and it says 3-4 weeks for delivery :scared1: In the past I've had the tix in 7-8 days max....once they came in 3 days. So I'm crossing my fingers that they come in the next week....other wise I could have stroke waiting for it.

Yikes. Maybe call and see if they could put a bit of a rush on it for you? It may not be possible but it doesn't hurt to ask.
It's hard with those things because 3 weeks could mean "we're covering all possible scenarios but you should get them sooner" or 3 weeks could mean "Don't expect these tickets until the minute you hit the 3 week mark."

Worst case scenario.. is there someone who could overnight them to you if they end up coming after you leave?

We've had very good luck with delivery times for gift cards we have ordered through Air Miles, even although the website gives a fairly lengthy turnaround time for delivery. Maybe it is just me, but I think I have noticed a faster delivery time for Air Miles Gold members...

I just ordered them last month and I got them easily within a week. However, I only live a couple hours from their warehouse so I guess milage varies. :) (Lol see what I did there?)

we just redeemed recently and got them within a week and a half..hopefully its the same for you or less..i would call just to find out when it is being sent out.

Same thing happened to me in March with Disneyland tix from Airmiles. I decided not to chance it and paid for them to be sent courier which I actually missed at my house and had to go pick up from the station BUT I have ordered other attraction tickets, movies passes etc and they came within a week even though it had said 3-4 weeks. I think they just state that to cover themselves. Maybe you could call them and ask for courier delivery, I think it cost a bit but for me it was well worth it especially being able to track the delivery-good luck and have a great time!

I am a gold member and have been for many years. Perhaps that's why I have gotten them quickly in the past :confused3

I could have my mom overnight them to me but I would imagine that would be rather expensive.

I know that there is an expedited delivery option but you have to place the order on the phone. The first time I redeemed my AM for park tickets I asked for the courier and the agent on the phone said not to bother that I would get them in less than 2 weeks....I had them 7 days later via Canada Post. The charge at that time was $35. CP is pretty darn quick these days, since no one uses them, so even if it took a week to process my order and get it out CP will have it at my house in 2 days max.

I think I agree that they are most likely trying to cover their behind with saying that it's 3-4 weeks delivery. Oh well, it's done now....have to keep fingers and toes crossed for a few days to see what happens.

I just ordered movie passes from Airmiles and it said 2-3 weeks for delivery.

I got them in 5 business days.

Hope your stuff shows up on time!

Thanks, that great to hear. This has been my previous experience with delivery. I've mellowed a lot since yesterday.....what will be will be. If I don't get the tix in time I have the option to buy convention tix when I get there which I will do and just save these ones for future use.

The tickets came today  via Xpresspost....glad my DD was home to sign for them.

So now on to planning our days down there. We are going to a convention for the first 6 days and I'm waiting to get a schedule for that....my commitments will be scattered through that time. So lots of free days.

Man they made you panic for nothing eh? Enjoy your trip.
