I left a voicemail last night for Kevin Lansberry in regards to the closing of PI and the Adventurer's Club. I just got off the phone with his assistant and we chatted for a bit about the decision. She was very courteous and compassionate and listened to my concerns.
Kudos to Disney for trying to return the quality of customer service they once had. Now let's see if they make the die-hard AC fans out there happy in the future.
