Just noticed something with park hours

Less than a month ago the hours for IOA were 8am-10pm and US 9am-9pm for most of the summer.

Today I check and they have basically flipped. IOA is 8am-9pm and US is 9am-10pm. I have always remembered IOA being open later than US. Is this because of the new nighttime show? I really enjoyed riding the roller coasters and rides in the dark for the last hour in the summer.

Hmmm...not sure why the hours changed. I don't think it's because of the lagoon show since they could easily show it at 9pm. I don't know.

Maybe they figured the extra hour to allow it to get darker during the summer would help with allowing people to see the projections?

9pm up here is still pretty light out even though the sun is starting to set.

So far they look the same for August. I am hoping they do not change them. Thanks for the heads up.
