So a little before 9:30 I called to change a few of our ADRs. I got through knowing that they closed at 10:00. However I had no idea that at 10:00 they would just cut you off!! The CM was in the middle of making one of my ressies. I would think they would let you finish your call before just hanging up on you.

That does seem awfully rude. It seems like they wouldn't answer a call unless they intended to finish it no matter how long it took.

I don't think the CM intended to end the call. She was in the middle of telling me something and then the recording for the survey came on. It just seems ridiculous that at exactly 10:00 the computers just turn off. God forbid they might have to pay a few minutes of overtime. Let me finish my call at least.
