just need to vent about someone at work

I work for a school bus company and i'm getting so frustrated over this driver.

it is against company policy to cut through parking lots on corners and this one driver seems to think he's above any policy laid out.

the street he needs to turn on is a major 3 lane each east and west and usually had a long line up of cars waiting to turn, so instead of pulling into the left lane this driver feels he's above waiting and instead comes down the right lane and turns into a "lowes" type parking lot, cutting through (with kids on board) coming out on the street he originally wants to turn left on and sails through the lights instead of waiting to turn like everyone else.

he also speeds just so he can get to the second school we pick up at so he can sit and wait 45 minutes for the kids to come out.

aggggrrrrrr.

i know it shouldn't bug me but no one at the company seems to care and i know that a driver was suspended a few years ago for cutting through a coffee shop and another driver told me that someone else was fired for continually doing it after being warned.

this guy seems to have too many "friends" who refuse to do anything about it.

i know someone will prob tell me it's non of my business but when he has kids on board it becomes my business.

Perhaps a parent of one of the kids should be made aware of this situation.....and report the loser.

Exactly my thoughts; I would think that parents would have something to say about this moron driving like that with their kids in tow.

hummmmm maybe i should talk to one of the fathers who's son i pick up in the morning but this jerk takes home.

thought i'm not so sure he'd go by hearsay and since he goes to work right after i pick up his son he can't be there to see it first hand.

In our state it is against the law to cut thru a lot to avoid a light. Run this one thru the police and see what they have to say!!

I second this idea. A ticket or two and his employer will HAVE to do something.

What he is doing is avoiding a traffic control device and that is against the law (everywhere I have ever had a license).
