Just need to pout a little

I just needed to vent a little. I had big plans for the weekend!!!! Fire pit with smores last night and staining my deck today. WELL!!!! Starting Saturday, I didn't feel 100%, but I plugged through. By 8:30 last night, I party pooped out of the fire pit with smores and by 10:00 I was up ALL night sick with what I think was the flu. Poor DS11 was curled up in the other bathroom from midnight on.

SOOOO - needless to say the deck didn't get stained and now I have tons of laundry to do..... DH did run to the store for popsicles and I did finally eat supper a little while ago. Managed earlier to scrub the bathrooms to avoid DD or DH getting sick. WHAT A BUMMER!!!! I hope that your weekend was better then mine!!!!!

Sorry you're plans were ruined by sickness, that's too bad. Hope you and you're DS are feeling much better now. This happened to me minutes before the start of the 3rd season of Sopranos I was so looking forward too...but mine was food poisoning. 10PM to 7AM all night long...I totally sympathize!
