You should be at the resorts. They downloaded all bills last night at 11AM so guests checking out today would have a receipt for their bills. We have a linked reservations - six nights on one contract, one night on the other contract. In the past, the link meant it was one stay and no change in keys. This time they told us when we checked in we would need to get new keys on our last full day (for the one day stay). I went over to the front desk around 8AM to get the new keys so everyone would have the new key before they left to go to the parks. The system was still down.
We checked again about an hour ago. System is still down. Housekeeping had clean linens outside the door to do a departure cleaning for our villa. I called them and told them we were not checking out today, not until tomorrow. She said to put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. They just called back and asked when we were leaving, we told them tomorrow.
The kids tried to make a dining reservation at the Concierge desk for dinner tonight, system still down.
This is not good.
