I am checking in 9/16 and checking out 9/28.
Staying 12 nights, 13 days.
I have free dining. Am I correct to say that I have 12 snacks, 12 counter services and 12 table service, or it is 13?
I have the tickets that are good from the moment I check in to midnight the 28.
I could still go to the parks on the 28, but the free dining is done.

Your number of dining credits equals the number of nights you are staying, so yes, you will have 12 of each.

The credits expire midnight of the day you check out. You will still be able to use any dining credits you have left on the 28th.
