Just making sure I understand dining plan

If my family is going to WDW resort for 9 days and want 9 days of dining, we can buy a 'package" with 9 nights of resort but only 1 park admission day per person. Is that correct?

Your number of credits are based upon the number of nights of your resort stay. They are good until 11:59 pm on the day you check out. You can have any number of days on your tickets for park touring. Hope that helps.
By the way, I've booked 9 days and 8 nights and have 7 day tickets (base tickets)

YES!! The total amount of days on your park tickets doesn't make any difference, you only need a minimum of 1 day per person.
