Hey all! Just made ressies for spring break. We'll be there March 29 til April 2. We wanted a partial site but they were all booked. So we settled for a full hookup. We have requested the 1300 loop. What does everyone think of that loop? Opinioins please!?!

Don't know a dang thing bout 1300,,but I just wanted to say congrats on your ressies ! Don'tcha just LOVE the anticipation build up leading to your trip !

Hate to tell ya, but you won't get 1300 with a Full ressie... it has been converted to Premium already. Currently the Full sites are 1600-1900 for sure, and 900-1100 can be Full if Disney wants them to be. Actually, all these can be used as either Full or Preferred, and FW isn't being real consistent about their assignment. I suspect 900 will be under conversion by time you get there... but that is just speculation.

The cm I spoke to said 1300 was a full hookup site. Oh well. I made sure I told them I don't want a pet loop. Guess we'll just wait and see.

When we made reservations for last October, we were only able to get a full-hookup. As long as it was a pet loop, we were fine with it. When we got there, we were put in loop 1300! I can't remember if there were other pets on the loop or not, but since we were paying our extra $5 a night, I didn't know that it might not have been a pet loop. The funny part was that although we were paying for just a full hook-up, we had cable! I guess they were in the process of changing it over to premium while we were there, so we got the benefit of a "premium" for a "full" price.

Just thought I should let you know that unless things have changed, you might actually see pets on 1300!

We were there the end of Nov. and had 1331. We had a reservation for a full hook-up and they put us there. The loop was closed the next week...I think....for renovations, but I still think it is possible to get that loop with your type of ressie.

We had also requested among other things a non-pet loop, but I am not sure there are REAL pet loops anymore. They(CM) and people on here might tell you there are specific pet loops but Disney doesn't enforce this and people also don't tell them, so expect pets in whatever loop you are in.

As far as 1300 loop, we loved it. Site 1331 was a nice site, though a little close on the awning side of the camper. It was really close to the bus stop, comfort station and playground. It is also a 2 minute walk to the Meadow's TP and 5 minutes to the pool. I liked being on the inside of the loop to avoid road traffic noise, but the back of the loop was really nice too. Those outside sites were on the canal and some were very big, but it would be a longer walk to the bus stop. Then again, it would be a shorter walk to the 1600 bus stop ...see below... The playground is nice and there is also a volleyball net and small basketball court.

The only thing we didn't like was being on the orange bus route . This bus loops through the cabins and also goes to the Wilderness Lodge. You will waste ALOT of time riding the orange bus, so avoid it at all cost. If we ever stayed in this loop again, we would walk over to the bus stop for the 1600 loop.

Overall, we really liked the 1300 loop. Hope I have helped and I hope you have a wonderful trip!

I don't deal in numbers, so I am giving my opinion(for what ever that is worth ) based on MY experience recently at Disney, when I say it is possible that you could be put here based on the fact that not all of the loops are completed and Disney has been known to let you upgrade or downgrade at any given moment. I think we all know that it depends on who you get when you arrive and what kind of day they are having!
We had a reservation last year that were 5 reservations put together to make a 2 week stay. When we checked, in the first two reservations were for a full hook-up, the next two were for a preferred and the last was for a full. They let us stay in a preferred loop the whole stay and charged me for a full. I didn't have to move, only check in and out 5 times and the campground was "full" our whole stay, so not sure how that worked out in the end for the person whose preferred site I took for those full hook up days.

So, based on MY experience and not the "fact" that the 1300 loop is no longer a full hook-up loop, I would say it is definitely possible you could be put here. It is not something you can find out about through the reservation line as those people are clueless about the Fort, but maybe put your request in a fax before you leave or hope for the best when you get there.

I would say(and remember: disclaimer... I am NOT one of the experts) that nothing is impossible at Disney, because it is after all, all about the Magic!

Can you tell me which loops are premium pet sites? We asked for a 300 loop when we booked.

500, 800, 1200, and 1300 are all designated as Premium Pet loops and are done with their conversions already. 900 will be, but it hasn't been converted yet.

400 has been converted to a Premium, and originally was not supposed to be a pet loop, but there have been reports of poop bag dispensers in the loop, suggesting that it will be a Pet loop.

The Shadow? Heck, this really is perplexing. I'm also beginning to wonder if they are going to leave 900-1100 as preferred/full since they skipped them in the renovation line-up.

Okay I called over to the Fort for clarification as to which loops are full hookup. I am amazed that even the cm's at the front desk don't even know which loops are which. It took talking to 2 cm's and them looking it up on the computer to be able to tell me. They said 800, 900, 1000, 1100, 1600-1900 are all full hookup loops. Now what!?!? Should I request one of those loops? Which one is best? Normally we are in 1500. So I like how that loop is situated compared to the pool and whatnot. We are probably not going to any of the parks. We are just going to enjoy the Fort for those 4 days. What does everyone think? Thanks in advanced.
