Just made my first reservations and I have a question

In my haste I forgot to ask member services.

I have made reservations for my first trip home. I actually reserved three rooms, two studios and a two bedroom. One studio for my brother and sister in law and their two kids, one two bedroom for the grand parents, and one studion for me and my wife and two kids.

My brother and sister in law will actually be arriving 2 days before me. Will they have any problems checking in without me being present? I did make the reservations in their names.

They won't be able to get discounted UPH tickets will they?

Also do all parties in the room need to check in at the same time? I reserved a 2 bedroom for the grand parents. My parents and my wife's parents will probably not get there for check in at the same time. Can they check in independently even though they are checking into the same room?

The check-ins are no problem at all without you as long as everyone's name is on the room.

As far as the "room sharing people" it would be easier if they know the other person has arrived and checked in. Then they just show id and ask for keys vs. check-in.
