Just made my February PSs

Just made the PSs for the Feb trip.

We have PSs for Prime Time and Le Cellier for lunch.

We have PSs for the Biergarten, O'hanas, Flying Fish and of couse Shula's for dinner.

I'm looking forward to trying the steak at FF thanks to the praise from my friends here.

I don't know if you are planning any time over at Universal, but Emeril Lagasse's new restaurant Tchoup Chop is opening in December and they are taking reservations now for Jan-Apr. I just made my PS's for February as well and plan a side trip to the Royal Pacific Hotel for lunch.

We loved Emeril's when were there last October. Thanks for the info but this is a striclty WDW trip for us.

It sure makes ya feel like the trip is right around the corner, doesn't it. We just got back yesterday and ate at Prime Time while we were there. It was pretty good except for those crunchy green beans we managed to hide in a napkin and smuggle out of the restaurant in my DD's fanny pack without getting caught by our server.
