Just made a fire!

Shoud have been sailing out of Port Canerval on the Disney Dream instead the temperature is dropping in Ontario and I just started a fire in the fireplace and opened a beer! Not complaing, the fridge is full and we are all feeling good. Two adult kids are here as well. Take care everyone!

I am all out of beer, and now in isolation. We did have a fire in the backyard yesterday as I was doing some outside work, just to get out.

Right now we should have been on our flight to Disney with check-in at All Star Sports for 5 nights. Not complaining because we are all healthy and financially secure. I was refunded all money due and our flights were credited till the end of the year. Our grocery stores have run out of some things but for the most part are quite well stocked. DD's place of employment has shut down except for online sales but they are (for now at least) keeping all staff employed and having them do odd jobs like deep cleaning etc. We are starting our second week of isolation working from home, kids off from school. Stay safe everyone, lets beat this thing!

I did a huge beer run two days ago, in anticipation of our state locking down today (it looks like the beer store will still be open, as it is considered an 'essential service'). I would have been landing in Florida right now to start my spring break trip to Disney, but instead am sitting here looking forward to enjoying one of those beers tonight.
I agree that I am in really good shape, though. I had the money to spend on a spring break trip, and instead get to save that, and (at least for now) I really like my family.
