Just love that Christmas feeling

Hi all,we will be at WDW for thanksgiving and the end of Nov and want to soak up some good old US Christmas cheer Just wondered if anyone can recomend any places to go to get the magic of Christmas started especially as we will have 2 young children with us

We have been 4/5 times at Christmas

I love walking round the parks & listening to the christmas music. It's especially nice lazing in Blizzard Beach while Christmas songs are piped in!!

Last year we went to CP and enjoyed that (but our DD wasn't that impressed).

Celebration is lovely as they have a santa's train ride, horse & carriage and 'snow' on main street for kids to play in.

DTD has carol singers & sometimes local choirs (young & old) performing on the outdoor stage & this is really nice.

All parks are decorated & hotels and it's just grrrreat. I want to go again now at Christmas after writing this.

thanks for the sugestions guys have some great ideas now but please keep posting any sugestions MVMCP has been booked Light show is marked in as a must Gaylord Palms and candlelight procesion are now on the list as well

hi saratoga girl,ive come across a page all about the candlelight procesion but sorry to say i dont know how to give you a direct link the page is from 06 but there wont be much diference re times and date i dont expect.
If you search for Chrismas at WDW in the searchbar you should find it.Hope this helps

December is a wonderful time to travel.

At the Mall at Millenia, we saw the best-ever Father Christmas in his beautiful grotto. We're going back this year with our grandson and that is a definite visit!

Dates and narrators are usually announced in August. Bookings for the CP dining packages are start around mid-August (16th last year).
