Just lost my reservation

Isn't it about time that the Members let Disney know that we are feed up with these types of problems.

The MS computer system has been undergoing upgrades for years now. The MS Advisor's can't hold inventory but the Team Line CM's can?

If Disney would only give existing Members some of the attention that they give prospective buyers, the world would be a better place.

I'm pretty sure you do, and I know I do let MS know that we expect better. However, I don't think writing about something second hand gets any attention. I haven't had any problems since the one that was lost.
OK...I bought at 6 home resorts, and you have many. That was "my solution" to the problem. I not heavy in any one resort, but I have enough to book most of what I want at 11 months.
