Hi everyone,

Sorry it took me a bit of time to post about our trip but it's been quite busy week and weekend for us. We got back on weds night and I only had thurs in London before heading back to Macedonia (where I come from) for a month. So yeah... In Macedonia now, very very hot here (was 47 degrees but now 'cooled' down to 40:eek: ) The girls seem to be coping ok, only DD2 is a bit unhappy cause she's teething and the heat doesn't help:sad2:

Anyway... Back to my post...

We had a lovely lovely time. Stayed in Cheyenne for the first time and really liked it. The theme was cool, the room was cute with two bunk beds and a travel cot for Anya. We didn't have a lot of room to move around inside but hey ho, we only stayed there overnight. Arrived in DLRP on saturday, the weather was lovely and warm compared to the drizzly weather in London. As we booked the Disney Express service, we dropped our luggage and went straight to the park. It was all lovely decorated with pictures of Lumiere and 15 year banners. Lots of people but not as bad as we thought considering it was school hols everywhere as well as the weekend. Went to grab something to eat and then off to Small World - still my DD1 favourite ride and mine too :) The queue was only 5 mins so perfect. After SW, we went on the Storytelling boats (as my DD1 calls them) also a very short queue and then onto Casey Jnr train to finally finish on the Tea cups. The queues were about 5-10mins and must admit we were surprised but also happy we didn't wait for hours. Sat down for a drink before going to grab a good place to sit for the parade. It was fab!!! We loved it, everyone was in good spirits, people dancing etc... Lovely lovely:love:
Then walked through the castle before going finally to our hotel.

Sunday:

Woke up, had breakfast and took the bus to the park. Overcast weather but luckily no rain. Grabbed FP for Peter Pan and went to WDS for a ride on the magic carpets and DD1 and DH went on Cars - they loved it!!! I thought the little cars would crash into one another, they were spinning a bit too fast for me:rotfl: Watched Lilo and Stitch show - good fun for the little ones and then the WDS Cinema parade which was also very cute. Headed back to MK to ride on Peter PAn - my DD1 was petrified, she hated the dark, wanted to get off so not our perfect ride I must say...
And finally... Went for dinner at Auberge de Cendrillon. Awwww... You should have seen the look on DD1's face when Ariel greeted us at the door. We had no idea characters would be in the restaurant so this was not only a big surprise but also so overwhelming for Mia cause Ariel is her favourite princess. Eric was with her and we got a few autographs and lots of cuddles. Anya (DD2) was quite cool about it, she was chatting to them (erm, sort of:rotfl2: ). Then Ariel went away and Pearl and Suzy, the mice from Cinderella came for autographs and photos to finally finish with Prince Mickey and Princess Minnie - highlight of our trip! And... Back to the hotel for zzz... two tired girls...

Monday (my birthday - officially 33 now)

Pouring with rain and we had breakfast in the park. Bought a poncho for Anya as we carried her most of the time sp that worked pretty well. Almost noone in the park so we grabbed the opportunity and went on SW, the carousel, tea cups, walked through the castle to see the pictures again and hid in the mall as the rain was a bit heavy... It was very annoyin as we spent the whole day more or less arguing when all we wanted to do is have fun but not in that rain. Went back to the hotel for a rest and play in the playground after it stopped raining around 6pm. We had booked Walt's for dinner but noone could be bothered to go so we just stayed in the hotel, had drinks and snacks and went to bed early hoping the next day would be better. DH went to see Fantillusion, Candlebration and Wishes and said it was fab!!!

Tuesday

Still spitting in the morning but the forecast was a lot better so went to the park earlier. Again, ride on SW, the carousel, Dumbo, tea cups, walked all the way to the top on The Robinsons Tree and played in the pirate playground there, queued for Winnie the Pooh and Snow White's autographs and went to queue for the Lion King show. Fantastic show, highly recommended!!! DD1 and DH went onto Autopia - she loved it! Waited for the parade as it was our last night there - again great! Went back to the hotel to put the girls to bed and this time I headed back to the park to watch Fantillusion, Candlebration adn Wishes. Magnificent!!! A must for everyone to see!!! I felt a bit bad because DD1 wasn't there to see all of that but she was tired and it would have spoilt the whole excitement if she whined all night... Anyway, tired Mummy off to the hotel at midnight...

Wednesday - our last day

Had breakfast checked out and went to the park. Very very busy there (the same for tuesday). Managed to have a last ride on SW, Autopia again before going to Cafe Mickey for lunch - we always have lunch there on our last day. After lunch we went to WDS, went onto the carpets again and saw Animagique - lovely as usual! Had mine and DD1's face painted, saw Chip and Dale's little show and headed to the train station back home... I was very tearful, just didn't want to leave:sad1: Had a magical time there, forgot everything else and just loved it!!!

So yeah... I keep watching the videos we took, and still feel like I'm there:dance3:
