For $50 it seems like a really good deal and the list of restaurants is impressive.

I'm hoping they'll get the email to us saying I'm a member before we leave to visit the MK today. We have plans to eat at Boma's this evening. Found this on AllEarsNet regarding the email:
According to the customer service representative when I ordered mine (just now!), demand has been high, so allow 4-6 weeks for processing. If you will be visiting Walt Disney World before you receive your membership card, they will email a letter for you to use in its place

Anyone else join and how do you like it?

Here's a link with info.

ETA: 40 minutes after I called, the email arrived. As usual, Disney has great customer service!! :Pinkbounc

It took me three days to get the email.....then my antivirus program deleted the attachment..........so I called and had it faxed to me immediately. They were very nice about it. I think you should call and let them know you are leaving today.

We joined on Monday, and we'll use it for the first time in a few weeks. :)

I'm so envious of you, you get to eat at Boma TONIGHT!! If you feel like it, post back later and tell me how it was! I am so excited to get to WDW!! LOL

We're not going until July1 so I thought I'd order it in April. I think it sounds like a great way to save money.

This will be my third visit to Boma's. :Pinkbounc My DH and I last ate there in October and it was wonderful. The only major difference was it was a lot more crowded. Our first visit was shortly after it opened and I think many folks thought it was too far to go for a meal. *Sigh* Now the word's gotten out about how good the food is and EVERYBODY wants to eat there!

My only advise... don't eat too much of the "regular" food, save room for dessert. The zebra cakes are fantastic! :p

That's excellent to know that they can fax it. We have AP vouchers, so we were planning in calling and ordering our first day at the parks when we activate our APs. Hopefully we can ask them to fax the letter to the hotel so we can start using it right away!

No, no, no. Get the zebra domes FIRST so you have plenty of room :D
mmmm have some boboti for me. That is my fave thing there.

Whenever I go to allearsnet to the dining page, that picture of the Zebra Domes has me drooling!!! They look SO yummy! Have a great meal tonight!!! :cool1:

Did you know that you can buy a box of Zebra domes and mini chocolate mousse to take away at the Mara?

There must be something wrong with me because I didn't like the zebra domes! lol

I highly recommend the curry soup though.. it was AMAZING!!

We couldn't figure out why everyone was crazy over them either, but I have to admit that I DID enjoy the box I picked up at the Mara..... and yes, they actually made it back to my resort and stayed in the fridge for a couple of days!!!

Dare I say that I enjoyed the chocolate mousse squares more than the zebra domes...

bavaria,

I am with you! I thought that the zebra domes were ok, but I loved the chocolate mousse crisps!!!!!! :cloud9:

You don't have to wait ... you can call now with only a voucher .. they check their system to verify you've purchase a voucher ... I did that last week with only a voucher ... got my email the next day and am hoping the card arrives before we leave on 2/11. Looks like a great value!

I don't even have my voucher yet (ordered it via the phone last week), and I ordered my DDE today, no problem. I wouldn't wait until the day you arrive. It doesn't sound like they have a huge office staff. It sounds like the DDE's are expiring about 15 months after you order them. The one I ordered today expires Feb. 28, 2006.
