Just home - Fairfield Inn and Experiences

I booked my family's vacation package through Costco and to stay at the Fairfield Inn as well. My question is, do the refrigerators in the rooms have a small freezer compartment in them?
I would like to buy gogurts to freeze and bring into the parks for my kiddos, and also have a place to store a blue ice pack or two for a soft cooler we'll bring with our snacks in it.

I am nearly positive that it did. It is a small refrigerator and it is behind the doors in the vanity - it isn't obvious when you first walk in the room.

You brought a stroller in just to carry your stuff?:sad2:

I don't see a problem with this. I have never done it, but our neighbors swear by it--they always bring a stroller to help hold their lunch items and jackets. It is also a good place for older kids to sit if they are tired (for a parade or fireworks)--and the OP said that her kids did sit in it. Whatever works!:)

We used a stroller for a couple of days on our 2009 trip. It was invaluable. I had just been diagnosed with Lupus and was recovering from a huge flare. Renting a stroller allowed us to carry our back packs, snacks and other things. This also gave me something to lean on when I was feeling fatigued. I don't think I would have made the whole trip without using it.

What a great idea to get a stroller! I think it is great you were still able to go even though you had recently struggled with your illness. :)
