I just wanted to say hi to everyone. I have not been on the boards for soooo long. I went on a cruise - trip report - I was sick - and worst then that they had no speical pins on the cruise.

I expected for them to have some left over Valentine Artist Choice pins. They did not even know about it. AFter some research they realized that there was a production problem and that they were not going to get it until the next cruise. So the Valentines pin comes out in March - and not even on my cruise.

Not much trading going on - i had a ton of fun trading with lots of kids on the ship. Lot of them just started pin trading so they were thrilled to have some different pins to chose from then those that were on the ship. We lied in the middle of the lobby of the ship and had people stepping all around us as we traded.

I did have a fun couple days in WDW after the cruise. My highlight being at Scoops pin talk when Peggie, Leslie and Laurie got ther CTT awards.

I was thrilled to meet them all and we even got to share lunch together.

It was strange that I was rather sick and Raul comes and he is sick and then Peggie and Leslie get sick.

And then Tuesday it was about 32 degrees in Florida when we left to go home - that was strange too.

I got to see the wonderful pin from the Princess event. Disney really out did themselves - those pins are so beautiful - I loved everyone of them.

So I hope everyone is well and if you sent me a pinpic request, please bare with me. And if I promised you some pins, I am still unpacking and will email you as soon as I get a chance.

And I also made a very special new pin pal - Chuck - we had fun trading and I sure hope I hear from him.

The count down begins to May 11 - the first Western Cruise - sure hope I feel better by then.

It was great to meet you finally and to share my special day with you.
I am so glad your hubby was out having fun on his own so you could join us for Scoop's seminar and lunch after. those milkshakes really hit the spot.
Remember now, your in charge of buying out all the AC pins from your ship for us. You might be the smartest one of us, going on the other ship when all the pin people will be fighting over our 375.
I hope your feeling better now, I know this was the first trip where I went back to the room to take a nap instead of being at the park from opening till closing. Peggie

Hey Peggie,

I have my assignment - buy all the Artist Choice on the Magic to share with the 500 pin traders that will be on the Wonder.

And how many pin traders will be on the Magic - Me - total of one.

And I will have 375 pins to myself - yeah.

Maybe we can man the lifeboats and meet in the middle to do some trading.

I am counting on Raul to disable the boat so that you can stay on Castaway CAy until I get there. I will be there on Friday.

If not, we can make plans to meet in September - I will diffiently be at the big pin event at Epcot. After last year - sitting here and hearing about all the great happenings, I swore I will never miss the big one again.

I need to know the wardrobe plans for this event, so I can get started -

It was so funny - when I was trading with everyone over the weekend, they had feathers coming out of their trading books - so funny.

I am looking forward to seeing everyone again - and hopefully feeling better this time around.

I'm glad you amde it back home okay. Did you ever find your "land legs"?
It was so nice getting to meet you. And even nicer of you to trade with me.
It was wonderful to get hubby that Steamboat Willie Wonder pin! Thank you so much!
And you got to take a princess pin home from me. It is just so nice to meet someone
you see on the boards all the time. To put a face with the name, and then to get to trade in person!

I look forward to seeing you again in September. Be sure to bring a Boa as we will be continuing our tradition. No matter what the style of cloths for event, the boa's are a must. That should look especially interesting with Ed's Loincloth for the AK event...Hmmmmmm!!!

HI Winnie,

It was so much fun to meet you and trade with you.

I had fun at the Poly meet - met some wonderful people and made some great trades.

Sure wish I could come to the AK event - Ed in a loin cloth and boa - now there is a picture.

I will see you in September - gee they should write a song about that - everybody sing.

I will be the one with the 375 Artist Choice pins from the May 11 cruise.
