Just have to rave about Kenny again!

We were originally booked to arrive on June 30th and stay thru July 5th. We decided to add a few days, so now I am arriving on June 26th with the kids, and the wife is going to come down on the 29th. Anyways, I called Kenny to add the days, but was talking to him about prices because adding the days at the park was obviously stretching the budget. Also, since my wife is driving down separately, she could tow my father's golfcart down when she comes. I explained the dilemma to Kenny, and without going into details about pricing let's just say he made it easy for me to tell the wife not to worry about towing the trailer (which she really didn't want to have to do)! :cool1:

This man knows how to keep customers coming back. He WILL ALWAYS get my business!:worship:
 
I've had a similar experience when I got there a day early once. Kenny is the TOPS!!
 
I know I could get this answer in the FAQ thread....but do you know if Kenny has 6 seater carts?
 

I don't believe he does, but call him to make sure. He may have gotten some and we just don't know.

I also have to sing Kenny's praises! We had a similar situation last year when we had visitors with small children that suddenly decided to come visit us at the Fort. We were supposed to turn in the cart that day, and we realized that we needed to keep it one extra day so that we could all get to the campfire. We called Kenny and he couldn't have been nicer. I won't go into details, but he truly believes in customer service. We have rented from him two more times since then, and I just called this morning to get four nights at the end of this month. Kenny and all of his employees are great!
 
Great to know. We are considering get a cart from an off property vendor in Dec. We were thinking 6 seater--but we've always made do with the smaller version just fine.....
 
Add me to that list too! We had one golf cart rented from him for this week and had family arrive Wednesday and needed another cart...he helped us out very nicely with another cart!

I would recommend him to anyone!

We used Kenny for our April visit. He couldn't help me for the whole week becaused I called so late but he did get me a kart for 4 days and only charged me $60. Great service I will make sure I call as soon as I book next time
 
For those of you that own your carts....if you have a problem while at the Fort...call Kenny. He helped the Auburn family over Memorial Day weekend, and even had his tech call Chris to talk him through the fix. He only charged his cost for the part & refused to take any extra money for his trouble. I would recommend Kenny over anybody! :thumbsup2
 
Another here singing the praises of Kenny! We were originally scheduled to have the cart May 28th - May 31st, but we loved it so much we called Kenny on that Sunday and decided to keep it the rest of the week! We've never had so much fun! We've camped at the Fort 7 times and this is the first time we have ever rented a cart...but now, thanks to Kenny and his EXCELLENT service, we will never camp without one again :goodvibes
