We are so lucky to be going away...but I am a little bummed right now. We planned an extra long trip in May since we skipped going in 2014. We expected crowded parks for this May and we wanted to have time to check out VGF, pool time, mini golf, DTD time, Typhoon Lagoon, resort hop on the monorail...but just had to cut out a few days of our trip due to a commitment that popped up at home. Now we're going from a Thurs to Thurs but our flight down is later in the afternoon and with the cost of flights for 5 people, I'm feeling like we're going to be rushed compared to relaxed. We'll still have an awesome time, now I just need to make sure I plan well! We'll end up with 6 full days plus some time on our departure day. We usually take breaks/naps for our little guy but since he'll be almost 4 we might be able to skip that if he starts outgrowing his nap. Is mid-May pretty crowded? Would you suggest a full day for Typhoon Lagoon? Do you think 2 days for MK, 1.5 Epcot, 1 DHS, 1 AK, and 1 TL sounds like a good plan? Is there a lot to do at VGF/GF that we need to set aside time? Any other suggestions from all of you DVC veterans?

We rented a cabana at TL...everyone agreed was the best spent money and most relaxed day. The almost 5 year old found the waves too much, and sat and played in the shade of the cabana in the sand. From time to time wandered to the waters edge to get a bucket of water. We will do that again!
