Just had the worst time ever booking Adrs!

If you need to get off the phone, just hang up! No need for an explanation! However, it might come up on their screen for the next cm that you hung up...........here's what I do........click the receiver a few times, say 'hello? I can't hear you? We must have a bad connection....."then hang up. Well, others have done it to me! Or wait, maybe they really were bad connections? :rotfl2:
 
:confused3 I dont understand why the Disney system could not take your
credit card the first time or maybe its because of the CM. Thats just plan awful and i am glad you were able to book everything . :thumbsup2

Geez if that happens on overseas charges , ijust made reservation to travel to Sweden in Ausgust and was able to do it with credit card reserving the hotel room. :hyper: I live in the States though but still come on disney computers! :coffee:
 
When I called to get our Princess Tea Party the lady insisted there was nothing like that either.
 
Sorry, I didn't take the time to read straight through, but when you are paying for the phone call and you sense that someting is amiss, you really need to hang up immediately and start over. I have done this several times, I just excuse myself form the call very politely--usually with something like it looks like my child is having a problem and I need to attend to her right away, I'm sorry I have to go. I wait a bit to cool down and reorganize then I call back. I have never had two bad experiences in a row.
