You know, it CAN be good, but loactions around here are just so inconsistent! I rarely go there, but sometimes I do get a craving for it. I do remember once getting a burger from the McD's at Orlando International Airport, and it looked like it could have been in an advertising photo. It was perfect!

McDonald's isn't the best food but sometimes you're just craving it. Best McDonald's I've ever had was in Japan. The burger was way better quality than in the US.

These days I find the BK Whopper to be better so I order fries from McDonald's and then go to BK for the burger and drink.

I remember when my app allowed a single $1 for almost any sandwich on the menu, and my fav was the Fresh Quarter Pounder with Cheese. That was really good. Without freezing, the meat doesn't seem to dry out.

Also - I've recently tried ordering through the app and just add condiments and extras to see how much they actually give. I haven't seen a sign charging extra for more sauce tubs. Recently I tried just adding butter packets, ketchup, and sauce although I typically won't get everything although I suppose they would give it if I asked in person and not through the app or a kiosk.

Which is the main reason in general why I despise drive through/togo/delivery of any food except pizza which seems to lend itself to a needed cooling off period to make it edible.

That's my problem with most places. McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, and most fast food places can either give you a great burger or a terrible one on different days. Wendy's is the most consistent chain I go to.

I don't normally eat fast food, but when we were on Oahu I went to McDonald's twice to get Fried Apple Pies. They took me on a taste journey back down memory lane. Absolutely scrumptious!
