I know the app and site aren't letting us book/cancel anything right now. I finally got through to a real life person!! He was able to order the goodies I wanted since the app wasn't working. He had to get someone else from the tech dept to cancel my Palo reservation. If anyone on my cruise, Fantasy March 26 is wanting Palo brunch, I just canceled for 2 people on March 31 at 10:30. You'd have to call to try to get it unless the app/website starts working. I was on hold for almost 2 hrs.
Edit to add I just checked the app and it now has it so I can add and cancel stuff. Not sure if the call I made fixed it for me or if it got fixed during that time for everyone. Hoping everything is working for all!!
