We booked our trip to Disney on Sunday leaving 24th Dec - 28th Dec staying at The Cheyenne:banana:
Having listened to other people the hotel was booked direct with Disney and the train direct with Eurostar.
When we failed to receive a booking confirmation from Eurostar by Weds(24th Sept) my OH decided to phone them. Imagine my horror when he was told we had been booked on the train for that day!:scared1:
They were willing to change the booking to the correct date however there were no seats avaliable for us to sit together:eek: not good when you have a child and an infant!
We asked if there were seats avaliable in Leisure Select, there were ,but they would have to listen to booking phone call before they would be willing to give us those at no extra cost to make sure they had made a mistake.
We had to wait till the following day for them to get back to us.
There wasn't much sleeping done in our house that night kept thinking say we hadn't phoned and just turned up Xmas Eve we'd have been walking to Disney!
Thankfully there is a God and we got the upgrade to Leisure Select:woohoo: so one happy family thank you Eurostar:thumbsup2

Wow - good job you checked :thumbsup2 As you say - imagine turning up on Christmas Eve to find no seats :scared1:

Did Eurostar admit it was their mistake?

Phew - glad you got it sorted, and an upgrade too :thumbsup2

omg that would have been awful if you just turned up. im glad you got it sorted

What a shock :scared1:
Glad it's all sorted out now and wow to the upgrade ;)

Oh it doesn't bear thinking about. :sad1: Thank goodness you checked.
