I've got to figure out how to do the multiple quotes thing but right now I'm off to call MS for the first time!

We just got the call about our points last week and were able to call 1-800-******** to get the info about getting on the site. We gave them our ID number that our salesperson gave us and they gave us everything we needed to get on the site.
