Just got my email from Concierge

I know that Cabanas at Castaway has gone 50 days ago... I only want to secure Palo Brunch. I'll call them...
If you want a cabana, ask to be put on the waitlist. We once booked a cruise after the 125 days had passed, asked to go on the waitlist, then got one about a month before sailing.

I suspect for Palo brunch they have a way of making room for a concierge guest who requests late, even if it is full. You could also just go online and try to book it yourself.
 
  • It says I can send the email at midnight, should I type it up and then wait for midnight and hit send? Is it really important to do it exactly at midnight? For the items I'm requesting, should I put them in order of importance or does it not matter?
If you want a cabana, it is very important to have that email ready to send at midnight EST. I typically have mine written and ready to go to send the second the clock turns.

As to order of importance, I don't think it matters how you enter your requests.

  • Should I look over past cruise navigators to see when certain activities were offered and request specific times or just say I'd like to do the Star Wars meet and greets and the Mixology and let them pick them pick the days?

That is what I've done.

I assume as you mentioned Star Wars, you are on a SWDAS sailing? I would request your character meets on Swdas. they have had them on other days before (at least on our sailings) andi wanted pictures when dressed up.

Palo Brunch is also unavailable 😞 I think I would be on the waitting list for the Cabana and Brunch.

It’s so strange that I have not hear from them.. Do you know if the use to answer quickly?
 

Just called Concierge services! They booked Cabana #11 for me :) I think that they save some Cabanas to concierge guests, because that Cabana was unavailable at Port Adventures.

I don't know about other mail services, but gmail lets you compose a message, and then schedule it to be sent at a specific date and time
