Just got my confirmation and........

it says "Welcome Disney Club Member". I'm not a club member any more - did not renew it this time. I booked a room using the new code. Since I am a repeat guest does it just come up that way on their computer??? Should I call and get it changed??

When is payment in full due on a regular reservation? I did not use the Disney Club 800# to book - went thru CRO and payment in full is due on 10/15/02 for my 11/05/02 arrival. I have always sent a deposit and paid in full when I arrived - did this change??

Their Reservations system must not be connected with the Disney Club Computer on an ongoing basis. I would just call them and let them know to make sure everything is okay.

I also just got my confimation and it says Welcome Disney Club Member, and I got a WDWTC ressie and both are wrong. Now I have to call and figure out what they did. Nice.


One is asking for a deposit and one doesn't have a kid listed. i guess the CMs really were crazy on Monday.

I also got my confirmation today and noticed the same thing. It says Welcome Disney Club Member. I also booked through the regular number with CRO. It did concern me a bit at first (I also didn't renew my Disney Club membership), but mine just says that a deposit of one night is due by 8/5.

I also booked with the code through CRO, and my one night deposit is due 8/7. We joined DC this week, but we did not receive anything yet from DC or CRO about our reservation.

I would also like to know if payment is due in full beforehand, or if you can pay upon arrival. I'm starting to get nervous about using the code? Has anyone out there used the codes before? Did everything work out OK, or did you have trouble once you got there?

All my ressies this year....five of them have all said Welcome Disney Club Member and they were all booked through CRO. WDWTC has their own confirmation form that they use and you would see the difference when you looked at it. I dont think there is any cause for concern but if it would make you feel better by all means call.

I haven't received my confirmation yet, either. Should I be concerned? I will be calling Sunday hoping for a lower AP rate than the code.

If is is NOT in an envelope Marked "Disney Travel Club" than you are OK! If it IS, and has an areoplane on the envelope and ON the corner of the letter, THAN you have to send in the DEPOSIT by a certain date!

I also booked my POLY rooms with a code and my reservation confirmation says Welcome Disney Club Member. I'm just happy that I got the POLY, so I didn't even question the ressie sheet. Thanks for the heads up!

I just got my confirmation today also. It came in a yellow CRO envelope, and it also says "Welcome Disney Club Member". Only one nights deposit is due 8/5/02.. I booked with CRO. I had to cancel a WDT reservation using DC that same day and they just credited my AMEX card today. That was fast, for the $100 deposit for DC WDT, so I know my current reservation is with CRO. They couldn't transfer my $100 deposit because it was with two different sections, WDT and CRO.

Well, I AM a DC member, so, I didn't think anything about it, as they wanted one nights deposit, which I gave them OVER the phone. However, its a little confusing, because it is NOT with the TRAVEL CLUB, and that is how I made ressies before, by accident, with DC code, thru travel club, and did NOT pay the 100.00 deposit, I let it slide.
