Just got home from DLR!

We stayed at CCI and LOVED it! We will stay there everytime now. The pool is so relaxing and pretty breakfast was good. The rooms are clean and so cozy it is like a B & B. Only complaint is that there is no elevator to the second floor.

I've always wanted to stay on CCI...I even made a reservation to stay there when I first begain planning our trip in November, but then my daughter and her family decided they wanted to go and I had to start thinking "cheap" instead of "desire".

I'm not complaining though...We got a great rate at HoJos, plus I've stayed there before and know I'm going to love it.

I'm really glad you liked the Candy Cane. We've always liked it, too! It's such a lovely little property, and so convenient!

We also love the CCI last time we were there over Spring Break they actually asked if we were at the Hotel in Dec. (yes had four room between all the family members) I would love to stay at the DLH again but the difference of $99 (AAA rate) and over $250 it just is not in our budget. We now have a reservation for August and Dec at CCI. I love the shuttle, I know it is close enough to walk and do a lot but at a long day it is nice to jump on the shuttle and save my feet the last block.

Glad to hear such good things about CCI, Dh and I are staying there for the first time this August. It's our first trip to DLR period and we are super excited.

We have 5 in our family. Does the CCI accommodate that many?

There was only 2 queen beds in our room. They have suites though so maybe. I would check their web site.
