We just had 7132 on the Wonder, right next door. Solid white balcony in the aft section to the rear of the category 7 cabins. We were there on an upgrade from an 8, so Idid not mind, but when you sit you cannot see the water or anything close, you can only look up and beyond. and unlike some of the solid white cabins behind, we did not have a larger space on the verandah to compensate partially for the no see through such as you get from the railing and plexiglass. check the deck diagrams.
also--there was no "Steamer trunk" storage in 7132, as the wall between 7132 and 7134 was straight, and lacked the little niche that the trunk occupies. can't speak for 7134, but check the diagram to see if the walls are both straight without the notches that are visible in the diagrams on the walls between cabins.
sorry not to have better things to say--we still enjoyed the cruise and it was our first ever verandah of any kind, but we agreed we would not have wanted to pay for that verandah and given the choice of a cat. 8 or paying for a cat. 5 (which is what 7134 is), we'd stay in the 8 every time.
