Hi,
We just got back from a perfect week at Disney-the weather was 80 degrees when we left and now it's in the 40's at home.
We did MVMCP and the Wishes fireworks display there was outstanding!!! The fireworks during the villains portion even sound scary! Tinkerbell is amazing flying overhead-I had missed that somehow and I 've been to WDW about 15 -20 times. The 360 fireworks at the end are just amazing-even cool teenage boys dropped their jaw.
I loved the snow on Main Street and the snowflakes all over the castle. We never got a chance to get our cookies or picture taken. The crowds were heavier at the party than earlier in the park that same day, but we enjoyed all the shows-especially Twas the Night...
The candlelight processional was awesome! Andy Garcia did a tremendous job and appeared to be sincerely enjoying it, nodding his head to the beat and smiling. The trumpets and everyone were great-the snow at the end capped it all off.
Early entry was great just to walk on the rides but it was never really crowded-except at Epcot where Test Track had a 50 min. wait. I loved it but did not enjoy Mission Space at all(felt sickly and claustrophobic). You are told not to look right or left or close your eyes. AK had a great Lion King show w/ hilarious monkey people that tumbled like mad and picked stuff out of the kids' hair.
Tinkerbell's treasures has a great Tinkerbell effect inside and my daughter got to wake her up and get a certificate and stickers for it. All in all a perfectly perfect trip-just pack lots of pants and sweaters as nights get chilly this time of year.
