Me, too. And the heat seemed pretty overwhelming to me also.

But the food was good at Epcot (and Boma and Narcoossees) and the rides were fun, so still worth it overall...

Great report! Love your traveling and your writing style
My DH and I also visit Disney the way you do and were there a couple weeks ago for Moonlight Magic and Disney After Hours. It was crazy hot, so we were grateful for those evening parties!
Very different without the kids along, but it's also very relaxing and freeing to just do what we want when we want.
