Partial Hook-Up Campsite
Pitch a tent or pop-up camper at a site that includes water and electricity

That is directly from Disney's website. I'm not questioning anyone's eyesight or memory, but it would appear that if indeed anything but a tent or popup is put on a partial hookup site, then it is the exception rather than the rule or an error on the part of the person responsible for assigning campsites.
 
Only tents and popups are allowed on the partial hookup loops, no Class A's or TT's. Otherwise, you are correct - tents are allowed on all loops.

I am sorry for the confusion! We saw about everything over Memorial Day...maybe holidays are different!
