We just got back from 10 days at Disney. It was great! Although, I was disappointed in the food. Will write a longer review later, but we were more happy with the counter service meals that expected. They were really good. The table service were not so good. Kona was OK. Ohana was OK, my husband liked it better than me. The meat was VERY dry. Planet Hollywood was good. Applebee's/Chili's standard fare. 1900 Park Fair was OK to good. Cinderalla Lunch, the food was not good, but I don't think you go there for the food really. Ohana breakfast was good. The best meal we all agreed was at Askerhaus breakfast. That was a great time and the princesses were very good. Libery Tree Lunch was pretty good. Great Crab Cakes.

No real stand outs as far as the food goes. The counter service at the Polynesian was great. Cosmic Ray's - great. Backlot Express - great. Like I said, we were happier with the Counter Service meals.

Next time try some of the better restaurants.....I think you will have a better experience.

This review kind of supports what people have been saying for a while. Quality has been slipping at some of the TS restaurants, while at the same time, Disney has been trying to improve the offerings at the CS restaurants. It used to be the only thing you could get at CS were some questionable hamburgers and not so great pizza. That has definitely changed. I think with the advent of the DDP, since people have to go to CS more often (instead of it just being a faster or cheaper option) they don't want the same thing day after day after day. I have found that I can eat just fine at CS only if I'm on a budget, and not feel I'm missing all that much.

Still, there are some good TS choices out there if you know where to look.

I just hope TS quality doesn't *continue* to slip, since the DDP is only gaining in popularity. It's a troubling trend. I agree the CS can be quite nice if you know where to look (or get lucky)

Belle was the "main" princes there. Then there was Jasmine, Sleeping Beauty, Mulan and Snow White. They were all wonderful. Of all the restaurants we went to, that is the only one we will go back to.
