Just got back! Good luck to anyone leaving this week!

Just got back late last night. We were there from November 15-22nd. When the bell hop came to pick our luggage up yesterday he mentioned that 800 guests were checking in that day (we stayed at CBR). We headed over to Magic Kindgom and boy can you tell the crowds have picked up. It was PACKED! The whole week there was no wait times or a very small wait time for rides. Not yesterday...40 minutes or longer. Good luck to anyone leaving this week!

We were there the previous week & crowds were pretty light then also. I can imagine that with this being Thanksgiving week WDW will be very crowded!!

We almost went this week but when I went to book the nice guy on the phone asked if we could wait one more week and it would be empty. So we leave by car in 2 days. We are going to do Universal first and take our time with the drive. Thanks for the info!

Thanks! I know how you feel when we went last time none of us wanted to come home. It is such a happy time in the Disney bubble!!! The only good thing about leaving to come home this time is that it will almost be christmas!

We are leaving onThanksgiving but are planning to avoid the parks for a few days til some of the crowds die down.

All you wonderfully smart people! We arrived on Saturday, 11/22, and are leaving tomorrow (Friday, 11/28). Crowds were definitely present but also managable on Sunday-Tuesday. By Wednesday the place was a zoo. We decided to not even return to the parks today, but instead have a relaxing day at the hotel and get in a little time at DTD. This would not have been my first choice of times to come, but the rest of our party wanted to come this week, so here we are! I will say that by reading these boards and really PLANNING the vacation, we were still able to do *most* of what we wanted to do. Being at Disney's great no matter when!
