Bopped online last week and saw that there were some good seats availble.... took the girls this morning.... They both loved it, but we could have left at intermission..... the show started out great, but slowed down a bit in the middle, then picked up a bit of steam at the end....

Being a hormonal preggo, I cried for the first three songs, And for the finally with Luna..... what a sap! LOL

Both girls had a good time. Danced a bit, clapped a lot. :) Maddie kept asking for a Bear Flag (penant) And she listen 999% of the time..... so we bought one on the way out. $6 bucks. (Juju also got one..... :eyeroll:

At intermission, they sold balloons...... we counted 12 that didnt make it...... they floated high up to the top of the theather..... I wonder how they get them down...... blow darts? BBGun? Coz those mylar ones, stay a float for a loooonnnnnng time! We were nervous about the balloons that survived being a bother during the show, but they made a couple of announcements and everyone was great about keeping them under their seats.:bounce: (Maddie did see one escape during the show...... loud screams followed and the parents rushed the kids to the lobby.......)

Next up is the Disney Princess's on Ice in Feb! Cant wait for that!

I have now seen two kiddie stage shows..... (not ice shows) Blue's Birthday and now Bear..... both were okay, but for my money Ice shows and the Circus give you more bang for the buck. Of course that wont stop me from going to see them...... The girls love them and I love watching them love it..... Ya know!

Wow way too long of a post over such a silly topic! ROFL SOrry about that. Not much going on around here these days, so this is my big news! :teeth:

Even though my son has outgrown Bear, I still enjoy the show. An old friend of mine from NY is the voice of Luna, Lynne Thigpen!

Glad you had a great time!

Question for all you who have seen it...

I love Bear and I finally got my husband to admit it too. :teeth: We honeymooned in Disney in October and came home with a big stuffed Bear that we both animate all the time. (I know, we're ridiculous!) ;)

We have no children but are huge kids at heart ourselves. Would we like the Live show? I think I'd love to see it... :) I love catching him on TV when I can.

I know you guys would all recommend it, but would you specifically recommend it for two fairly newlyweds minus kids?? :)

Hee hee hee... thanks!

Julia
