I am sure everything has been asked but fire away.
The resort was nice. I had Disney res request Broadway, top floor. I faxed the hotel directly day before I checked in with same request. I check in she has me in Country Fair. We ended up with Broadway after asking and she was very happy to accommodate.
The resort is smaller, less walking from POP and CSR. The beds were horrible. They were soft and we woke up with neckaches and backaches every day. Some people love soft beds. The rooms were normal-clean. We had towel animals. Maid service was great. The rooms seemed alot more quieter than POP or CSR. Maybe I was imagining it or we didnt have neighbors but they seemed pretty soundproof.
Resort didnt feel crowded. Bus transportation was great. Probably 75% time sitting, rest standing.
Food court was good. You can get hot fudge brownie sundaes with Edys hand dipped as dessert for counter service.
Staff was great and friendly. We checked in around 7:30 am on last Friday morning and there was no line.
Overall if we have the $500 to upgrade to CSR we will in the future. This was a budget trip and the hotel was fine but I dont think I would stay there again mainly because the beds were lumpy and soft.
